Interface Interior & Decor – Umm Al Quwain, UAE

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to support our workshop and site teams in interior, decoration, and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, painters, technicians, electricians, and other skilled workers.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange materials and equipment.
• Assist with installation and site preparation works.
• Support workshop production and fabrication activities.
• Prepare materials, tools, and work areas.
• Assist with cleaning, sanding, carrying, drilling, and other general tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workshop and project sites.
• Handle tools and materials safely.
• Assist with dismantling and site preparation when required.
• Follow company HSE rules and use PPE.
• Support the team to complete projects on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, interior fit-out, decoration, or workshop work is an advantage.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attitude and discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
