Production Manager – Dubai
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Exhibition / Retail Display & Fabrication
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and supervise our factory production operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custom fabrication, production planning, manpower management, and delivering projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory production activities.
- Manage Carpentry, Painting, Metal, Acrylic, Printing, Assembly, and Finishing departments.
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and production requirements.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Purchase, Store, Logistics, and Installation teams.
- Monitor production progress, productivity, quality, and material availability.
- Control material wastage, rework, production costs, and unnecessary overtime.
- Ensure finished products meet approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor machinery maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping, PPE, and HSE compliance.
- Lead supervisors, operators, technicians, and production workers.
- Resolve production delays, technical issues, and manpower shortages.
- Submit regular production progress reports to Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production or factory management.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Exhibition, Retail Display, Signage, or Custom Fabrication is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Carpentry, Painting, Metal, Acrylic, Printing, and Finishing works.
- Ability to read technical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, production planning, and manpower management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
