Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise site installation and production activities, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed on time with the required quality and safety standards. The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site and factory work activities.
• Allocate tasks to carpenters, painters, metal workers, installers, and other technicians.
• Read and understand shop drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Production, Store, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available for daily work.
• Monitor work progress and ensure completion according to project schedules.
• Check quality of fabrication, finishing, and installation works.
• Conduct site measurements and coordinate installation requirements.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain daily work reports and report delays or technical issues.
• Drive company vehicles when required for site visits, material collection, and work coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman in fit-out, joinery, exhibition, or fabrication works.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, installation, and general fabrication processes.
• Ability to read shop drawings and manage site workers.
• Strong communication and team supervision skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
