How You’ll Make An Impact Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities in line with delivery schedules and operational requirements.

Arrange shipment bookings with approved freight forwarders and transportation service providers.

Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare, collect, and maintain shipping documents and logistics records, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Support customs clearance activities by coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure material availability and delivery requirements.

What You Bring Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.

Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs clearance activities is preferred.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
