Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Solution Ownership

• Drive the full solution lifecycle, covering presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover .
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise and government customers.

Architect Enterprise ITSM, ITOM & AI Solutions

• Design scalable and secure solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), AIOps, Observability, and AI Platforms .
• Build architectures for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and sovereign environments.

Engage Senior Stakeholders

Own POCs, Bids & Technical Proposals

Ensure Successful Delivery

Key Requirements

✅ Strong ITSM / ITOM Expertise

• 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring, Observability, or AIOps platforms .

✅ AI & Modern Technology Exposure

• Experience integrating AI, Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, or AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.

✅ Enterprise Architecture & Integration

• Proven expertise designing enterprise solutions involving:
• APIs & Integrations
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Hybrid Cloud Environments
• High Availability & Scalability

✅ Customer-Facing Leadership

• Strong consulting and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level executives.

✅ Industry Experience

• Experience working with large enterprise, government, telecom, financial services, or regulated-sector customers is highly preferred.
