(UAE Nationals) Executive - Customer Employees Relations

Job Description We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ) .

The role will focus on delivering a seamless client experience, managing customer inquiries and complaints, supporting contract and data administration, and ensuring services are delivered in line with DAFZ policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Support contract-related services and administration.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of client matters.
• Support company cancellations and name reservations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure clients are kept informed of relevant regulations, requirements, and procedures

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations.
• Experience in handling lease-related agreements is an advantage.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
