Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales coordination, marketing, customer communication, and administrative support, preferably within the fire protection, fire alarm, firefighting, MEP, or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, LPOs, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update customer and sales databases.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and sales activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor pending quotations and follow up with customers for feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
• Prepare sales reports, activity reports, and other management reports as required.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities when required.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and assist in developing new accounts.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business development.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Firefighting, MEP, or Engineering industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
