Barista/Waiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista/Waiter to enhance the customer experience at our premium showroom. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and delivering exceptional hospitality to showroom visitors and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and serving areas.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assist in creating a premium hospitality experience for showroom visitors and clients.
• Handle customer requests and preferences professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with showroom staff to support customer engagement activities and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, hotel, restaurant, luxury retail environment, or premium customer-facing establishment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beverage preparation, and coffee machine operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and showroom events as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent Certification in Barista Skills or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium showrooms, hotels, or hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art is preferred.
