Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably in catering, pastry, bakery, food service, or hospitality.
- Experience with HACCP and food safety systems.
- Food Safety Manager certification (HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Experience in audits, inspections, SOP development, and supplier quality evaluation.
- Strong documentation, reporting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and staff training skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-volume events.
