Role Description

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Specialist to support business growth, commercial planning, and day-to-day business activities. The role involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, pricing, sales performance, and commercial opportunities to support informed business decisions. You will assist with preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation, while coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, market analysis, pricing, sales, and business performance.

• Ability to interpret business data and develop clear, actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business analytics tools is a plus.
