Job description

The Role

The HR Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources department. They will assist the Senior HR Admin Executive on various HR administrative tasks and assist the HR Business Partner on regional HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employee letters as requested from staff within defined turnaround time e.g., salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOCs, payslips etc.
  • Provide support to the Senior HR Admin Executive with onboarding and offboarding tasks such as (but not limited to) conducting new hire reference checks, prepare welcome packs for new joiners, arrange corporate photos for new joiners with in-house photographer, create new joiner profiles on HR System and LMS, assist with RERA registrations, health insurance additions and deletions, final settlement preparation etc).
  • Conduct annual employee file and HR system audit to ensure all required documents are in their folders, in conjunction with the Senior HR Admin Executive.
  • Maintain an employee visa tracker database and provide Government Relations Officers with required documentation for visa renewals, new joiner and leaver visas.
  • Assist with charity and employment engagement initiatives throughout the year.
  • Manage probation review process and associated documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment, escalate complex employee relations issues to the HRBP and assist with cases where appropriate.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc HR Admin tasks as required.
  • Support the regional HR Director and HR Business Partners with any scheduling, general assistance, coordination and ad-hoc tasks.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or business
  • Minimum one year office-based experience
  • Team player with a ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • Excellent organisational skills ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently with prioritisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
