Compensation

• A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,600 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities

You Take Ownership. You Deliver With Precision.

You approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in utilising general repair tools, with an ability to expertly read shop drawings and specifications, and craft precise estimates of required materials with Sensational accuracy.
• Exceptional Physical Stamina and Endurance to effortlessly handle heavy lifting and Thrive during extended periods of standing and walking.
• Strong Ability to Work Autonomously, taking proactive initiative to Resolve issues with Unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
• Exhibits Expert Knowledge in making, installing, and repairing furniture and other carpentry works, delivering Stunning results.
• Demonstrates Proficiency in taking measurements, cutting, and joining materials, ensuring Precision and Craftsmanship in every project.
• Adheres to Safe Work practices and procedures to ensure a Secure and Compliant working environment.
• Evaluates and optimises equipment usage to maintain Peak performance and efficiency.
• Completes all work orders with Meticulous diligence, ensuring no detail is overlooked in Pursuit of Excellence.
• Actively participates in monthly Departmental meetings, providing valuable Feedback and offering innovative Suggestions for continuous Improvement.
• Carries out tasks assigned by the Duty Engineer, efficiently completing them within designated timelines, contributing to the 'Vibe at FIVE' with Passion and Dedication.
• Employs Environmentally Friendly practices when handling chemicals, paints, varnishes, strippers, and other finishing products, reflecting FIVE’s commitment to Sustainable Indulgence.
• Responds promptly to Guest requests with Professionalism and Courtesy, ensuring an Exceptional service experience.
