Job Title: Oil Field Coordinator

Job Summary:

To coordinate and support day-to-day oil field operations, ensuring that field activities, manpower, equipment, materials, transportation, and documentation are properly arranged and completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily oil field activities and ensure work is carried out according to operational requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other departments.
• Arrange and monitor manpower, equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials required for field operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily field activity reports, work schedules, timesheets, and operational records.
• Monitor the progress of field activities and report any delays, issues, or operational requirements to management.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to and from field locations.
• Ensure all required permits, work instructions, and safety requirements are in place before starting field activities.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure compliance with company safety procedures and oil field regulations.
• Follow up on equipment availability, maintenance, inspection, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, accommodation, and site access for field personnel when required.
• Maintain proper records of field equipment, materials, consumables, and other operational resources.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding field schedules, work requirements, and operational matters.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day field operational issues and escalate major concerns to the Field/Operations Manager.
• Ensure field documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, , Oil & Gas or related field.
• Experience in oil field services, drilling, production, well services, maintenance, or related operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of field operations, logistics, manpower coordination, and HSE requirements.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.
