Dental Lab Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience and skills
Preferred Candidate: Hindi-speaking female

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Lab Coordinator to manage case workflow, coordinate communication between dental clinics and laboratory technicians, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality dental restorations. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental administration, laboratory operations, or dental assisting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing dental laboratory cases.
  • Communicate with dentists and clinics regarding case requirements, timelines, and updates.
  • Review prescriptions, digital scans, impressions, and supporting documentation for completeness.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics with couriers and dental clinics.
  • Maintain accurate records of cases, invoices, and laboratory reports.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve case-related issues promptly.
  • Support quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Dental Assisting, Dental Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, restorations, crowns, bridges, implants, and digital dentistry workflows.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice/laboratory software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with dental laboratory operations, case coordination, and scheduling.
  • Good customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with shipping, logistics, and delivery coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
