Job Purpose
The Hard Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily technical maintenance activities across SOBH Group properties and facilities. The role ensures that all MEP systems and hard services are maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with SOBH Group standards, approved maintenance schedules, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard services and MEP maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
• Supervise and allocate work to electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, multi-technicians, and other maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, plant rooms, equipment, and MEP systems to identify defects and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.
• Respond to breakdowns, emergency maintenance requirements, and technical complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor maintenance work orders and ensure proper completion and closure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SOBH Group HSE policies, safety procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Monitor the proper use and condition of tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Ensure the quality of maintenance work meets company and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection checklists, PPM reports, and other FM documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports as required.
• Monitor technicians' attendance, productivity, discipline, housekeeping, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with other FM departments and site teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Assist the Facilities Manager/FM Engineer in planning maintenance activities, manpower requirements, and improvement works.
• Perform other duties related to Facilities Management as assigned by SOBH Group management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, MEP, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Facilities Management/building maintenance experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading position is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Good knowledge of PPM, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multi-skilled technical teams.
• Good communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of CMMS/FM software is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
