We are looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive with a strong background in building materials, hardware, and construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their building material requirements.
• Recommend suitable products, provide quotations, and close counter sales.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, technicians, traders, and regular customers.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in counter/indoor sales within the building materials industry.
• Strong product knowledge in areas such as hardware, plumbing materials, sanitary ware, electrical items, tools, construction materials, fasteners, adhesives, or related products.
• Candidates from building material trading companies will be strongly preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Familiarity with preparing quotations, invoicing, and basic ERP/POS systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
