Job Title: Media Specialist (Photo/Video/Editing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Media Specialist who can handle photography, videography, and video editing for short-form and long-form content. This is a hybrid role requiring hands-on shooting, creative direction, and solid post-production skills. The ideal candidate understands modern short video styles—especially within the real estate industry or construction —and can produce high-quality, engaging content for digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting gear, stabilizers, and other production tools.
• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality content, particularly real estate videos (e.g., property tours, lifestyle shots, interviews, events).
• Edit various types of videos, including but not limited to: Interviews, Meetings & corporate events, Room tours, Product or project introductions, Short-form social videos.
• Stay updated on current filming and editing trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Provide creative direction during shoots, and effectively communicate with on-camera individuals to bring out natural and confident performances.
• Ensure the final video quality meets brand standards and optimize videos for short-form platform performance.
• Participate in planning and organizing shooting schedules and logistics.
• Take responsibility for the overall output quality and continuously improve performance based on platform insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of photography/videography experience in Dubai , with understanding of local shooting environments.
• Candidates must submit a sample portfolio of their photography and videography work for review, preferably including real estate/property videos, room tours, interviews, corporate events, and short-form social media content.
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras, audio recording equipment, and lighting setups.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with popular editing styles and storytelling formats.
• Familiarity with short-video content production workflows for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car .
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with teams and on-camera performers.
• Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a strong advantage. Lebanese candidates are preferred.
• Real estate shooting experience is a plus.
