Job description

ADSS is a successful retail and institutional brokerage based in Abu Dhabi. The company is currently undergoing a multi-year transformation to become a fast growing, purpose-led, data-driven enterprise that delivers market-leading personalized content, propositions and experiences to traders. The objective is for ADSS to become a dynamic and innovative, trusted market leader as measured by feedback from clients, talent, shareholders and competitors.

The Associate, Relationship is responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, supporting their trading journey, and driving client engagement across a portfolio of retail clients.

The role focuses on growing Net Client Value (NCV) through proactive client outreach, identifying sales opportunities, supporting client activation and retention, and delivering an outstanding client experience. This role is designed for sales professionals with strong commercial acumen who are looking to build a career within financial markets.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Client Relationship Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, developing an understanding of their objectives and trading interests.
  • Proactively contact prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails and digital channels to promote ADSS products and services.
  • Support client activation, engagement and retention through structured follow-up and relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client activity through tailored conversations and referrals to specialist teams where appropriate.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities within the CRM system.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Meet or exceed individual sales and activity targets, including client acquisition, activation and retention KPIs.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and consistent client engagement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the ADSS product offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.

Market Knowledge

  • Develop knowledge of financial markets, FX, CFDs and ADSS products through ongoing training and coaching.
  • Stay informed of market developments and economic events to support client conversations.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn about financial products, trading concepts and industry trends.

Performance & Targets

  • Deliver against defined KPIs relating to client engagement, activation, sales conversion and revenue generation.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
  • Track personal performance and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of client interactions.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance and product training.
  • Escalate any client concerns or potential compliance issues appropriately.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, account management or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience in financial services or trading is advantageous but not required .
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is preferred.
