About this role

The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression for every guest while supporting the smooth flow of front-of-house operations. The role includes welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating table availability, and communicating closely with the service team to ensure an efficient and seamless guest experience. The Hostess is expected to maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant layout, guest preferences, and service flow while ensuring every guest is acknowledged, assisted, and looked after from arrival.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house role, preferably within premium cafés, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or hospitality concepts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, together with a professional appearance and confident approach to guest interaction. Experience with reservation systems, table management, waiting lists, and handling guest requests is preferred. The candidate must be welcoming, attentive, well-organized, and able to remain composed during busy service periods while maintaining a consistently high standard of hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
