We are looking for a young, energetic, friendly, and confident Medical Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team.

Preferred Candidate

• Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred
• Young, energetic, and presentable
• Friendly and confident personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in Dental Clinic is preffered
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Register patients and maintain accurate records
• Explain clinic services and treatment options to patients
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments
• Assist the dental/medical team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
