SPA Receptionist

Role Description The SPA Receptionist is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with therapists and spa staff to manage bookings. The role also involves handling payments, maintaining accurate guest records, performing basic clerical and administrative duties, and keeping the reception area clean and organized. The SPA Receptionist will support guests by providing information about services, promoting spa offerings, and resolving minor concerns in a professional manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional guest experience.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and team members.
• Phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including handling calls, greeting guests, and managing appointments.
• Clerical skills, such as basic data entry, record keeping, and handling cash or electronic payments.
• Proficiency with reservation or booking systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a busy spa environment.
• Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or front desk role is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
