Purchase Assistant - Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I)

Responsibilities:

• Handle RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Source Electrical & Instrumentation products and materials.
• Compare prices, specifications, lead times, and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery and order follow-up.
• Collect and verify technical datasheets and certificates.
• Maintain supplier and purchase records.
• Support the E&I team with urgent procurement requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. (Freshers are welcome to apply with relevant Technical background knowledges.)
• 1 years of procurement experience, preferably in E&I.
• Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products.
• Good communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
• UAE procurement experience is an advantage.
