Account Manager – Industrial Packaging (Big Bags & Woven Sacks)

Interjute is an European leader in the industrial packaging solutions, specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of FIBC Big Bags, woven polypropylene bags, BOPP bags, and customized packaging solutions for the agricultural, chemical, fertilizer, food, and industrial sectors.

As part of our growth strategy in the Benelux market, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial presence and develop long-term partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers throughout Benelux.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries such as fertilizers, animal feed, chemicals, agriculture, construction materials, and food ingredients.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing departments.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer contracts.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including sourcing, operations, logistics, and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in the industrial packaging sector, specifically with:

-FIBC (Big Bags)

-Woven Polypropylene Bags

-BOPP Bags

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong account management and business development skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Ability to travel frequently within Benelux and occasionally across Europe.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly Valued

• Spanish language skills.
• Existing network within fertilizer, animal feed, chemical, agricultural, or industrial sectors.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Knowledge of supply chain and industrial packaging procurement processes.
