We are looking for

• You are responsible for Safe and Efficient operation of the Moerdijk plant during your shift.
• You lead a shift of 6 operators and indirectly 1 lab analyst

• Achieving zero Harm to People and the Environment
• Achieving a high plant utilization (OEE) by training staff, setting clear goals for the shift period and ensuring seam less information sharing with the other shifts
• Ensure Maintenance can take place safely by preparing and controlling LOTO and Work Permits

You will bring:

• Native dutch level
• VAPRO C or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in the (Petro-Chemical) process industry

• Working knowledge of the English language

Additional information:

• Location : Moerdijk, the Netherlands
• The annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is between €59,683.00 and €80,314.00 (excluding + 30% for shiftwork). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
