Then join our team and help us shape the successful digital future of our clients as an SAP Integration Specialist.

The following tasks and responsibilities await you:

  • Define and govern HR target architectures across hybrid and cloud-based HR landscapes
  • Design end-to-end integration architectures for SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems
  • Lead architecture and integration workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Develop integration strategies and roadmap recommendations
  • Advise clients on HR technology transformation and modernization initiatives
  • Review and approve solution designs and integration concepts

Qualifications To be well-equipped for your career as a Manager SAP Integration Specialist, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed university degree or at least 5+ years of professional experience in HR Architecture, HR IT or HR Transformation as well as experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM (ECC), HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4), and SAP S/4HANA. And a strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP BTP / Experience with API-based integrations (OData, REST, SOAP)
  • Passion for holistic and integrated HR processes, as well as new technologies and digitalization
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Employee Central; SAP PA/OM & ABAP is beneficial and is a plus or experience on HR Architecture and other third party systems
  • Working style is structured, customer-oriented, and characterized by flexibility

Things to know before you get started:

  • Start date: by agreement – always at the beginning of a month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h) and part-time (from 24h) possible; 30 days of vacation
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Work area: Consulting
  • Language: minimum C1 in German & advanced in English
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit is required; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The procedure takes time and will affect the start date.
