Job description

We are looking for an energetic person who can manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchase order fulfillment, shipment clearance, inventory reconciliation, and e-commerce portal shipping workflows (Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and B2B orders). In addition you will need to work with our international partners to coordinate shipment planning and scheduling. This role requires close coordination with warehouses, freight forwarders, and portal platforms to maintain inventory accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

PO & Payment Management

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor Invoices across e-commerce seller portals (Amazon, Noon).
  • Audit freight, customs, and 3PL vendor invoices against contract rates prior to processing payments.

Customs & Port Clearance

  • Work with our international partners to coordinate shipment planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) and clearance filing with regulatory agencies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and product registration requirements.
  • Identify missing or conflicting shipping data, request corrections, and escalate customs, port, or regulatory delays.

Shipping & Handling (E-Commerce & B2B)

  • Visit and coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound and outbound shipment processing.
  • Schedule inbound appointments for marketplace fulfillment centers (Amazon carrier Central, Noon Seller Center, Noon Vendor Support) and ensure compliance with packing and labeling guidelines.

Stock Management & Reconciliation

  • Coordinate physical inventory audits and reconcile physical stock vs. packing lists, ERP records, and marketplace inventory reports.
  • Track damaged, reserved, dispatches-pending, and sellable stock levels across primary and 3PL warehouses.
  • Monitor aging inventory and coordinate cycle counts with warehouse managers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience:

1 to 3 years

in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or import/export operations.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and internal tracking dashboards/tools.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Language : English Language Proficiency
