Joinery Estimator- IMMEDIATE JOINER
JMJ Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
* Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support and solutions.
* Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for project execution.
* Coordinate and manage workshop operations and production teams.
* Supervise workers and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
* Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Monitor site activities, identify challenges, and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Experience in joinery estimation and interior fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes
* Ability to read technical drawings and prepare quotations
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to manage workshop staff and site teams effectively
