We are currently seeking an experienced Piling Foreman / Supervisor for our piling works project in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be currently based in the UAE
• Hold a valid UAE residence/employment visa
• Have proven supervisory experience in bored piling and foundation works
• Have practical experience in working piles, test piles, drilling operations, temporary casing, reinforcement cage installation, concreting, and pile completion activities
• Be capable of supervising and coordinating rig operators, crane operators, general workers, mechanics, and other site personnel
• Have good knowledge of daily piling production requirements, work sequencing, equipment coordination, and site logistics
• Be able to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, quality requirements, and HSE procedures
• Be capable of coordinating effectively with the Construction Manager, Site Engineers, QA/QC Team, Survey Team, HSE Team, and equipment operators
• Be able to monitor manpower and equipment productivity and immediately report delays, technical issues, or equipment breakdowns
• Have previous experience on large-scale foundation projects
