Position: Aluminium & Glass Foreman

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

We are a growing manufacturing company looking to expand our operations by adding a new Aluminium & Glass division. We are seeking an experienced Aluminium & Glass Foreman to lead and manage this new section, from fabrication and production to installation.

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium & Glass Foreman to join our team in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage aluminium fabrication and installation works.
• Experience in manufacturing aluminium windows and doors with glass for building projects.
• Experience in aluminium kitchen fabrication.
• Operate and work with aluminium machinery, including: Crimping machine, Cutting Saw/Double Head Cutting Machine, Copy Router
• Read drawings, take measurements, and prepare cutting list.
• Ensure proper fabrication, assembly, and installation according to drawings and required standards.
• Manage workers and monitor daily production and site work.
• Ensure proper fabrication, assembly, and installation according to drawings and required standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in aluminium fabrication.
• Strong practical knowledge of aluminium profiles, accessories, glass, and fabrication methods.
• Hands-on experience operating aluminium fabrication machines.
• Ability to lead workers and organize production.
• UAE experience is preferred.
