Senior IT Engineer

Halian is hiring Senior IT Support Engineer in Dubai, UAE.

Greetings!

Experience required: 6+ Years

Duration: 6 months extendable

Mandatory: Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in end-user support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise security solutions, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management frameworks is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, ITIL, CCNA, or similar certifications are preferred.
• Experience working within the Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate industry would be highly beneficial, with an understanding of site operations, project-based environments, and the associated IT requirements.
