We are now seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician Laser & Beauty Threpasit to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Perform laser hair removal and other approved aesthetic treatments safely and professionally.

* Conduct client consultations, assess skin and hair types, and recommend suitable treatments according to clinic protocols.

* Explain treatment procedures, benefits, possible side effects, and aftercare instructions to clients.

* Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and clients before each procedure.

* Operate laser and beauty equipment correctly and safely, following manufacturer guidelines and clinic protocols.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control at all times.

* Perform facial, skin-care, and other beauty treatments within the scope of practice and clinic services.

* Monitor clients during treatments and report any unusual reactions or concerns to the doctor/medical team.

* Maintain accurate client treatment records, including settings, sessions, products used, and client feedback.

* Ensure all equipment is cleaned, disinfected, and maintained after each treatment.

* Check stock levels of consumables and inform management when supplies need to be reordered.

* Follow clinic policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude with all clients.

* Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.

* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service.

* Support the clinic team in achieving treatment quality, client satisfaction, and service targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Good knowledge of laser hair removal and beauty treatments.

* Ability to operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely and correctly.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

* Good consultation and client-care skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols.

* Ability to identify contraindications and recognize possible adverse reactions.

* Good time-management and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to client safety, confidentiality, and high-quality service.

* Ability to maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinic procedures.
