Early Learning Center Teacher cum Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Early Learning Center Teacher cum Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in early childhood education as well as the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a learning center.

The candidate must have hands-on experience caring for and teaching young children between 1 and 4 years of age, with a strong understanding of their developmental, educational, and care needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and developmental activities for children aged 1–4 years.
• Provide attentive care and ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all children.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor children's development and maintain appropriate progress records.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's development, activities, and daily progress.
• Supervise teachers and support staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the early learning center.
• Ensure proper implementation of center policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Organize schedules, classroom activities, and staff responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
• Handle administrative and operational responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in early childhood education, nursery, preschool, or early learning centers.
• Must have hands-on experience working with and caring for children aged 1 to 4 years.
• Previous experience in a teacher, nursery supervisor, center manager, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage both teaching and administrative responsibilities.
• Candidate must have their own valid visa.

SALARY
