JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Abacus Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in teaching Abacus and be capable of handling students across all levels of the Abacus program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct engaging and effective Abacus classes for students of different age groups and abilities.
• Teach and manage all levels of the Abacus program, from beginner to advanced.
• Prepare structured lesson plans and appropriate learning activities.
• Adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs and learning abilities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Develop students' mental calculation, concentration, memory, speed, and accuracy.
• Maintain a positive, interactive, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Maintain proper records of student attendance and academic progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as an Abacus Teacher, Trainer, or Instructor.
• Must be capable of teaching all levels of the Abacus program.
• Strong knowledge of Abacus teaching methodologies and mental arithmetic techniques.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching children and supporting their learning development.
• Patient, responsible, punctual, and professional.
• Candidates must have their own valid visa.

SALARY:

Salary will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and qualifications.
