About the Role

We are looking for a warm, caring, and qualified Nursery Teacher to work with babies and young infants in a well-established nursery in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing environment while supporting each child's early development through responsive care, play, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to babies and young infants.
• Plan and provide age-appropriate sensory, physical, and play-based activities.
• Support babies' communication, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Follow individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines as required.
• Observe and record children's developmental progress and milestones.
• Create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment for babies to explore.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and respond sensitively to their individual needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's development, routines, and wellbeing.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, safety, and safeguarding.
• Work closely with other nursery staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with babies or infants in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Experience with infants and understanding of their individual routines and developmental needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and nurturing approach.
• Strong commitment to children's safety, wellbeing, and development.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a British curriculum/EYFS nursery.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai are welcome to apply.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
