Automation Test Lead

A growing healthcare technology business is looking for an experienced quality assurance professional to lead a dedicated team. This role focuses on driving technical excellence in software testing and overseeing the strategic development of automation frameworks. You will serve as a central point of contact for test processes, ensuring high-quality standards across the entire development lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the technical and organizational strategy for quality assurance and test automation.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive test concepts, including performance and regression testing.

• Managing the end-to-end bug lifecycle by identifying, documenting, and prioritizing the resolution of defects.

• Mentoring team members and providing clear technical guidance to foster professional growth.

• Presenting quality metrics and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Extensive professional experience in Quality Assurance with a proven track record in team leadership.

• A degree in a STEM field, business informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.

• Deep knowledge of modern QA methodologies and proficiency with industry-standard testing and documentation tools.

• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively.

• Professional fluency in both German and English.
