The UAT Tester will support the Agency Division in the implementation and adoption of the new PRUForce 2.5 platform. The role will be responsible for coordinating user testing activities, validating system functionality, gathering feedback from agency users, and working closely with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities. Reporting to the Recruitment Cluster Head, the incumbent will collaborate with business users, and project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to PRUForce 2.5. This role requires strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support system readiness and drive user adoption across the agency force.

Job Description:

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for PRUForce 2.5, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.

Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.

Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.

Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.

Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review.

Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption of PRUForce 2.5 across the agency force.

Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required

Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment

Working Experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment support

Education:

Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
