The Context PUMA Group, the global sports brand operating in 120+ countries with 22,000+ employees across PUMA, Cobra Golf, and stichd, is looking for a Junior Manager Purchasing to manage overall inventory and drive the purchasing process for its GCC operations from Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of order management, demand coordination, and supply tracking — working closely with Merchandising, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain teams.

What The Role Covers Purchasing & Order Management You oversee the full order processing cycle, execute purchasing activities based on approved demand and buying plans, and coordinate timely creation and placement of purchase orders. You conduct monthly checks of open purchase orders against OTB and collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, and vendors to ensure smooth order execution.

Demand & Supply Coordination You work closely with the Merchandising team to translate market requirements into purchasing needs, support seasonal buying and forecast processes, and highlight significant changes in demand with their potential supply implications. You monitor inventory development including free available stock and support inventory balancing initiatives.

Orderbook & Supply Management You work with factories to track purchase orders through to shipment readiness, provide regular visibility of open orders, delays, and supply risks, and coordinate with Global Supply Chain teams on delivery delays, shortages, allocations, and order changes. You drive follow-up actions to minimize supply disruptions and cancellations.

SAP, Analytics & Reporting You maintain product master data and price uploads in SAP, track and analyze key performance metrics, prepare regular purchasing, orderbook, and supply performance reports, and identify recurring issues to propose practical process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience — retail or wholesale background preferred
• Strong SAP proficiency and solid Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
• Business-level written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation
