About the opportunity We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager (FF&E) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects in Dubai.

This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.

Key responsibilities* Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level

• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes
• Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site

Requirements* 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E

• Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments
• Fluent English
