Project Lead
As Project Lead, you own a live consulting engagement from start to finish. You coordinate a team of consultants, manage communication with the client, structure the approach to the problem, and make sure the team delivers high-quality work on time.
What you'll build :
• Project management - scoping, planning and running a real engagement
• Client communication - leading meetings and presenting to decision-makers
• Team leadership - guiding a team of consultants and getting the best out of them
• Problem structuring - turning an open business challenge into a workable approach
• Quality control - owning the standard of everything that leaves your team
