The Role

We are seeking capable professionals for AML Review Clerk, Salon Host, and Spare Parts Coordinator opportunities supporting different operational functions. Key Responsibilities

• AML Review Clerk: Review customer information and documentation for completeness and potential compliance concerns.
• Support transaction or customer reviews and escalate unusual findings according to internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate review notes, case records, and supporting documentation.
• Salon Host: Welcome guests professionally and provide a warm, organized front-of-house experience.
• Coordinate appointments, customer inquiries, reception activities, and communication with salon teams.
• Maintain accurate booking information and support smooth customer flow.
• Spare Parts Coordinator: Coordinate spare-parts requests, availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate with suppliers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Track outstanding parts and resolve documentation, availability, or scheduling issues.
• Maintain professional service standards and accurate operational records across assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in AML/compliance, hospitality/customer service, inventory, logistics, or technical coordination is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the responsibilities relevant to the selected position.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Familiarity with digital systems, spreadsheets, booking platforms, compliance tools, or inventory systems as relevant.
• Ability to identify issues, follow established procedures, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid Dubai-based environment.
