The Role

We are seeking capable professionals for KYC Desk Agent, Lounge Host, and Depot Clerk opportunities. These roles support essential customer-facing and operational activities, including information verification, guest assistance, inventory coordination, and administrative processing. The ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and comfortable working with customers, records, and operational teams in a flexible part-time environment.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Desk Agent: Assist with customer identification, information verification, and onboarding documentation.
• Review submitted information for completeness, consistency, and potential discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate unusual or incomplete cases according to procedures.
• Lounge Host: Welcome guests professionally and provide attentive assistance throughout their lounge experience.
• Support reception, seating, reservations, customer requests, and coordination with service teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized environment and communicate guest needs promptly.
• Depot Clerk: Support daily depot administration, inventory records, receiving, and dispatch activities.
• Check goods, quantities, documentation, and movement records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams regarding routine requests or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and follow established operational, safety, and service procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in KYC/compliance, hospitality, logistics, administration, or related operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Knowledge of customer verification, guest services, inventory, or depot procedures as relevant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital records, spreadsheets, verification systems, booking platforms, or inventory tools.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow established procedures.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote and operational teams.
