About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced onboarding program managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for onboarding program managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

  • 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
  • Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
  • Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
