Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the AMC database — contract start/end dates, equipment details, service history, and customer information.
• Schedule and coordinate routine/preventive maintenance visits with technicians based on contract terms (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
• Track AMC expiry dates and initiate timely renewal follow-ups with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team on new AMC conversions and quotations for expiring/non-contract units.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, breakdown calls, and service requests related to AMC elevators.
• Dispatch technicians for breakdown calls and ensure response/resolution within agreed SLA timelines.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate spare parts requirements with the stores/procurement team for scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure all statutory/safety inspections and certifications (e.g., lift licenses, safety audits) are completed on schedule.
• Generate MIS reports on AMC status, pending renewals, revenue, and service performance.
• Liaise with clients, technicians, and management to resolve escalations promptly.
• Assist in invoicing and follow-up on AMC payment collections.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
