Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent specializing in Secondary Market and Rental Properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Handle buying, selling, and rental transactions for secondary-market properties.
• Generate new leads and build a strong client network.
• Arrange property viewings and follow up with clients.
• Negotiate prices and rental terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property prices.
• Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, especially secondary market or rentals.
• Good knowledge of Dubai property locations and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
