How You Will Support Us Your responsibilities will primarily focus on operational activities within the Food & Beverage (F&B) department and will follow a structured rotation plan. Over the course of 18 months, you will gain experience in all relevant F&B and banquet areas across our two airport hotels. You will actively contribute to daily operations, share your ideas, and gain your first leadership experience. In addition, you will support the F&B Manager with various projects and administrative tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree from a hotel management school, university of applied sciences, or university, with a focus on tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy
• Ideally, some initial professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector
• A strong team player
• Reliability and organizational skills
• Fluent German and English
