Job description

The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities and supporting the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition needs. This role ensures effective employee support, compliance with company policies, accurate HR records, and the timely recruitment of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy identification to onboarding.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
  • Conduct reference and background checks where required.
  • Prepare and coordinate employment offers and required documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and provide regular updates to management.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, letters, certificates, and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
  • Monitor probation periods and coordinate confirmation or extension processes.
  • Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.
  • Support the implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.

Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and applicable UAE labour regulations.
  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure employee files and documentation are complete and properly maintained.

Learning & Development Programs

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training programs.
  • Organize induction and onboarding training for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
  • Coordinate internal and external trainers, consultants, and training providers.
  • Schedule training sessions and ensure effective communication with participants.
  • Support professional development and career growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
  • UAE HR experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
