For more information, visit tfghospitality.com Job Description: Operations & Standards* Supervise daily operations of the Gym and fitness facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and fully operational.

• Monitor the condition of gym equipment, coordinating with Engineering for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
• Oversee scheduling of group classes, personal training, and guest sessions.
• Support the Wellness Manager with operational reporting and audits.

Guest Experience* Welcome and engage with guests, providing professional advice and support on fitness programs.

• Assist guests with safe use of equipment and develop personalized training sessions when required.
• Manage guest feedback and ensure effective service recovery.
• Promote membership packages, wellness programs, and fitness services.

Team Supervision* Supervise Fitness Instructors, Receptionists, and Attendants during shifts.

• Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to improve guest engagement and technical delivery.
• Assist with roster planning to ensure coverage during peak hours.

Business & Sales Support* Drive sales of memberships, personal training, and fitness-related packages.

• Monitor performance of instructors and track daily usage and class participation rates.
• Support retail opportunities (fitness merchandise, supplements, etc.) were relevant.
• Assist in executing promotions, seasonal offers, and special events.

Desired Skill & Expertise: Qualifications & Skills* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior fitness role in luxury hospitality or wellness clubs.

• Certified fitness professional (e.g., REPs, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of gym operations, fitness programs, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, equipment, and service delivery in a high-end environment.
• Basic financial awareness with understanding of membership sales and KPIs.
