PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Location: Ajman, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Supervisor to oversee site installation and project execution, manage manpower, coordinate with clients and project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
- Manage site workers, manpower, tools, and materials.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, operations team, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping, safety, and material handling.
- Coordinate final inspection, handover, and project completion activities.
- Prepare, collect, organize, and submit project completion/return documents to the concerned department/client as required.
- Maintain proper records and filing of project-related documents.
- Support smooth project closure and handover.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.
- Previous experience in site/project supervision.
- Experience in racking, storage systems, steel structures, warehouse solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good manpower management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
