**Group Fitness Coach — Strength & Conditioning Studio

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Position: Contract | In-person

Classes: Approximately 14 per week

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and energetic Group Fitness Coach to join our premium women-focused strength studio in Sharjah.

Our training philosophy centers on strength training, hypertrophy, physique development and glute-focused training, delivered through carefully programmed small-group classes.

This is a highly interactive coaching role. Our coaches lead the room throughout each 60-minute class—explaining movements, coaching technique, motivating members, managing class flow and creating an engaging training experience.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills, confidence, warmth and personality.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead small-group strength and physique-development classes

* Explain and demonstrate exercises clearly

* Coach proper technique, movement quality and muscle engagement

* Provide effective form corrections and modifications

* Maintain strong energy and coaching presence throughout 60-minute classes

* Coach confidently using a microphone

* Motivate members and support safe, measurable progress

* Build positive relationships with members and contribute to the studio community

* Maintain a welcoming, professional and high-quality class environment

* Collaborate effectively with coaches, reception and management

* Follow the studio’s programming and coaching methodology

* Maintain high standards of safety and member experience

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant coaching experience

* Experience leading group fitness or small-group training

* Recognized fitness certification

* Strong knowledge of strength training, hypertrophy and exercise technique

* Understanding of movement mechanics and muscle engagement

* Knowledge of glute anatomy and effective glute-focused training

* Fluent, professional English communication

* Confident coaching and speaking through a microphone

* Ability to lead and engage a group throughout a 60-minute class

* Strong interpersonal skills and coaching presence

* Positive, approachable and professional personality

* Receptive to feedback and continued professional development

* Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate

Preferred Experience

Experience coaching women, working with hypertrophy/body recomposition programs, or coaching within a premium or boutique fitness environment is an advantage.

An active professional fitness-related social media presence is also welcome.
