Social Media Marketing Executive (Female)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive (Female ) to manage and grow our social media presence.

We are a music and dance school offering classes for all age groups, with our primary audience being children and teenagers aged 4–18. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, Reels/video production, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

The main responsibility of this role will be to manage our social media marketing, create engaging content and Reels, grow our online presence, and generate quality enquiries/leads through digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar
• Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, and promotional content
• Shoot and edit short-form video content on-site when required
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy
• Develop creative and age-appropriate content for children and teenagers
• Plan content around music, dance, classes, events, offers, and school activities
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on generating enquiries/leads
• Support digital marketing activities to improve lead generation
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content strategies
• Coordinate with the team to collect content and promote school activities and events

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidate
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong content creation skills are a must
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts independently
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools for social media creatives
• Experience with CapCut or other video editing tools
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience creating engaging Reels and short-form video content
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable with shooting video content on-site
• Comfortable creating engaging and appropriate content for children and teenagers
• Email marketing experience is an added advantage
• Portfolio of previous social media/content work is preferred

Working Schedule

This is a 6-day-per-week position, with Wednesday as the weekly day off.

• Monday–Friday: 1:45 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
